We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide IT support within AF Group via the helpdesk system.
Reporting to the CSD Manager, the role will include but is not exclusive to:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to internal users and being a point of contact for error reporting via an IT ticket system.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and
- Assist with the setup and configuration of mobile
- Liaise with 3rd party
- Ensuring electrical safety standards are
- Ensure Cyber Security standards are
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
- Managing technical documentation
- Responsibility for complying with and implementing the Q&E management system within their area of activity.
- To assist where necessary with internal project work as assigned by the IT
- Maintaining asset management
